Refund Policy
At Alohi, we want you to love your jewellery. Since our products are artificial fashion jewellery, please note the following:
- Exchange window: We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, only for manufacturing defects (tarnishing, breakage on arrival, missing parts).
- No returns on used items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn/used jewellery unless it is defective.
- How to request: Email us at fyrajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, or you may choose store credit.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items and customized/made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
